In 2014, when Satya Nadella replaced Steve Ballmer as CEO, he brought with him a new vision. Outlook is still going strong and is now up to Outlook 2016 – but there’s a catch. With its contacts and calendars features, it’s by far the best way to keep an office organized and even offers strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features.
